Assembleia Legislativa de Alagoas (ALE) aprova parecer que concede título de cidadão alagoano a Jair Bolsonaro
A Assembleia Legislativa de Alagoas (ALE) aprovou esta semana o parecer da Comissão de Constituição e Justiça da Casa (CCJ), ao projeto de lei, de autoria do Cabo Bebeto (PTC), que concede título de Cidadão Honorário do Estado de Alagoas a Jair Messias Bolsonaro, atual presidente da República Federativa do Brasil. Com isso, a proposição fica apta a ser votada pelo Plenário.
Para que este projeto tenha recebido parecer favorável na CCJ, a Assembleia Legislativa de Alagoas aprovou anteriormente outro projeto do Cabo Bebeto que revogou os seguintes critérios para a indicação e concessão de títulos de Cidadão Honorário de Alagoas (Lei nº 7.808/2016): residir, ou ter residido, no Estado de Alagoas por período superior a três anos (inciso II, artigo 2º); e a proibição deste título a detentores de mandato eletivo e aos ocupantes de cargo de provimento em comissão na Administração Pública (artigo 4º).
De acordo com o autor do projeto, somente no período da pandemia, Alagoas recebeu do Governo Federal um total de 327 respiradores, sendo 190 de UTI e 137 de transporte, além de quase R$ 700 milhões somente para ações com Covid-19. “Isso sem contar a suspensão dos pagamentos da dívida pública com a União”, afirmou.
Cabo Bebeto disse ainda, que diversos investimentos em infraestrutura foram feitos no Estado, a exemplo da conclusão do viaduto da PRF, o entroncamento/duplicação em São Miguel dos Campos e a conclusão da duplicação entre Alagoas e Sergipe. “Não podemos esquecer a entrega da obra do Canal do Sertão”, destacou.
